В настоящее время в мире насчитывается несколько десятков стран, занимающихся разработкой цифровых валют центральных банков (ЦВЦБ). Однако их эмиссия сопряжена не только с потенциальными выгодами, но и с существенными рисками. Этим объясняется осторожность монетарных властей при принятии решений о запуске подобных проектов.
