The article gives the description of the most interesting six handwritten books of a well-known Pechora writer Ivan Myandin (1823-1894). Many literary adaptations of Old Russian tales and subject units of works were included in Myandin's collections. These works evoked a great interest among Old ritual readers. The article also shows study degree of Myandin's list of works and editing of old collections. Bibliography is also given in the article under consideration.
