The article is devoted to the revival and transformation of Russian traditional culture in one of the settlements in Hulunbuir aimak of the Autonomous Region of Interior Mongolia, China, inhabited by the descendants of the Russian-Chinese marriages of the 1920–1950s. The restoration of the identity of the half-bloods, their renewed interest in the Russian culture go side by side and influenced by the active development of ethno-tourism in the region. The research is based on the author’s field materials collected in 2007 and 2009.
