The Russian idea as a social and historical factor in the development of Russian society and the state

The article substantiates the idea that Russia needs a new ideology based on historical values, and factors that could be the basis of the concept of national-cultural revival of the Russian people and the state. The author distinguishes such factors of national Russian culture as the Russian idea, Catholicity, Unity, is able to lay the Foundation of the concept of targeted development of the new Russia. It is noted that in all of Russian history and philosophical thought these factors were developed by Russian philosophers and thinkers, which confirmed them as factors capable of ensuring the education of national-cultural consciousness and the consciousness of society. It is proved that the Russian idea of Conciliarity, national consciousness and the consciousness and unity of the national culture embodies the paradigm of relationship between man and the power of the state on the values of national culture, which corresponds to the formation of social personality type, meet the requirement of modernization of contemporary Russian society and the state.
