Russian folklore and its role in physical education of children of preschool and primary school age

In this article the main genres of folklore, used in physical culture classes, are considered. The aspects of including folklore in the physical education of preschool and primary school age children are revealed. It is proved that the use of folklore forms in the physical development of children is an effective approach in the upbringing of the younger generation.
