Russian world under turbulence of the miropolitical system: in search of a research methodology

This article is devoted to the problem of turbulence of the current post-bipolar world political system and its impact on the cultural and civilization processes in the post-Soviet space, including the Russian world. The authors attach a special role to the de facto states, whose emergence is associated with crises of the world order and zones of civilizational faults, and believe that their study in this context is best carried out on the basis of a combination of synergetic and civilizational approaches.
