The Russian world: a system-organizational approach

The organizational and systemic issues of state governance in various countries and international relations have led to a civilizational crisis in modern times. Our country has become a focal point of contradictions between Western and Russian paradigms. Traditional methods of struggle involve strengthening one’s own positions and weakening the enemy. This article will consider the strengthening of one’s own state as one of the methods of international struggle. To achieve this goal, first of all, it is necessary to form a state structure corresponding to the cultural and historical type of Russian civilization. In this regard, one of the main tasks is to unite a divided society. To solve this problem, the general theory of organization and a system-functional approach are used. As a result, an abstract model of empiriomonism of the Russian world is proposed, where the ideal and material world are combined on the basis of an anthropocentric concept from the inside out towards the truth. In addition, it is proposed to consider the Russian world through the prism of objective and subjective reality, where objective reality is indisputable spiritual and moral values, and subjective reality allows pluralism. In order for the ideal and material world to coexist, it is proposed to consider this model from the point of view of a sphere approach. For further formation of “cores” at the points of fluctuation of the Russian world, it is proposed to create basic concepts in the socio-political, socio-economic and socio-cultural spheres.
