Russian post-revolutionary abroad about the policy of the USSR in relation to the cultural heritage of Russia

The article analyzes the views of the Russian emigration of 1920-1930 and the point of view of one of its prominent representatives - P. N. Savitsky»s on cultural policy of the Bolsheviks and the state of cultural heritage in the Soviet Union. The consider of confiscation and nationalization of historical wealth of Russia, destruction of monuments of the past, sale of Museum values and attitude of the Russian abroad to them are considered.
