This article discusses the aspects of interaction and mutual influence of the market of the art industry of the state cultural policy. The key characteristics of the concepts in terms of their targets and values are identified. A comparative analysis of the experience of the West and Russia on the use of market mechanisms in relation to the cultural policy and finding a compromise in favor of supporting the arts, directly affecting the anthropos-socio-cultural system is carried out based on a combination of factors of the influence of the cultural policy on the market of the art industry. The similar and different features of the regulation at the state level cultural space to which a broad interpretation of its true market of the art industry are revealed. The possible future development of relations between the vectors of the state cultural policy and market of the art industry, designed eventually to quality social development are designated.
