Government bonds market in Russia: problems and development prospects

In article considered the problems of the Russian securities market at the present stage of its functioning. Describes author's vision of the ways of solving existing problems. The relevance of the article due to the positioning of the stock market as an alternative source of financing and development of the Russian economy, therefore, requires the consideration and decision of the problems existing in the Russian securities market.
