Organic products market: dynamics and prospects of development in the world and in Ukraine

The article is devoted to the evaluation of the development of the market of organic products in the world and in Ukraine. The tendency of changes in indicators is considered: areas under organic farming, the number of farms engaged in the production of organic products, demand and supply. The market of organic products in Ukraine is analyzed: dynamics, prospects. The main factors restraining the development of the organic market in Ukraine are outlined.
