The paper analyzes the Republic of Tatarstan labor market in the conditions of sanctions. Such indicators as the unemployment rate, the average annual number of employed, the average annual number of employed in the context of economic activities in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2022 in comparison with the indicators of 2021 are analyzed. The results of the article allow us to conclude that the labor market of Tatarstan is coping with the current conditions and remains stable.
