The employment market of Russia: results of 2009, prospect of 2010

The trends and specificity of adaptation of the employment market of Russia to crisis and postcrisis conditions are defended, and gender, social, psychological specificity of unemployment are defined. The intensity in the employment market, branch differentiation on parameters of employment and unemployment, and changes in unemployment in interrelations with an educational level of the citizens are estimated. The basic directions of action of the Program of support of employment are considered: public jobs outstripping training, assistance of self-employment and moving, and as questions of transformation of the subroutines for the stable period of development of economy.
