Labor market in the new economy

The article is devoted to the consideration of the specifics of the labor market in the digital economy. It is noted that the most in demand in the labor market in the future will be workers who are able to think creatively, who are competent in several areas at the same time, who improve their professional skills, skills, know foreign languages and are ready to learn in a constantly developing economy. The role of intellectual capital and knowledge in the new conditions, providing organizations with the highest competitive advantages, has been determined. The necessity of coordinated development of innovative processes in the economy and transformation of labor motives and forms of employment in the labor market has been substantiated, which, in turn, requires coordination of efforts of all participants in social and labor relations.
