The scientific problem of this article recurs contradictions between the innovative experience of teachers formed in Russia, methodological and technological approaches of scientists and weak, "point" implementation of it in practice, insufficiently high efficiency of use of educational, methodical, didactic, aesthetic, artistic, media resources and reserves for preservation of the sacred landscape of childhood: formation of intellectual activity, creativity, rehabilitation of children in modern conditions. Despite the relevance of the model design, structure, content, methods and forms of conducting classes with the children by means of art, in the modern pedagogical science, scientific schools and educational centers of Russia until today has not yet carried out a comprehensive diagnosis of the contemporary state of art education of children; were not conducted full-scale, theoretically and methodologically grounded analysis of innovative approaches in the field of arts education; the possibility of application of practical developments of search of ways of intensification and expansion of this type of activity as one of ways of rehabilitation of children and teenagers was not investigated. In this regard, there was a need to identify the model of art education for the rehabilitation of children, which will allow to study and summarize the existing experience, to establish patterns of development of the practice of art education of children; to analyze the state of art education, to develop a concept, model, psychological and pedagogical justification, strategy and tactics, methodological and practical recommendations for the education and rehabilitation of children by means of art education to preserve the sacred landscape.
