NATO summit in Warsaw: how the transition from virtual to real danger of military confrontation is fulfilled

In the article, the author stresses that decisions of the Warsaw Summit on the further development of the strategy of deterrence and defense posture have a strongly pronounced anti-Russian character and contribute to the aggravation of international situation. The author considers that activation of military preparations of the Alliance based on Chicago triad formed on an appropriate mix of nuclear, conventional, and missile defense capabilities drives the world to the serious military conflict. Moreover, the article deals with actions of the US and NATO, provocative and contradictive to all international laws to improve the nuclear potential of the US forces of forward stationing in Europe together with the close connection with the system of the US Global Missile Defense.
