Self-actualization of personality as a system-building factor of a future police officer’s social activeness

The author explores the role of self-actualization in initiating social activeness of the MIA cadets. The results of longitudinal experimental research of peculiarities of self-actualization of the cadets with different dynamics of social activeness in their professional training are under consideration. The main conclusions prove that the highest level of self-actualization characterizes the cadets with positive dynamics of social activeness during their college training.
