Self-efficacy and career orientations of first-year residents

The results of a study on the relationship between self-efficacy and career orientations among medical residents of the first year of study are presented. It was revealed that self-efficacy is present in most residents and is developed at a high level. The leading anchors of the career have been identified - the desire for service and stability of the place of work. It is concluded that the career anchor associated with professional competence was not among the leading ones.
