The article examines the importance of self-observation and self-assessment of employees in the activities of enterprises in the context of the formation of new types of public relations based on the use of information and digital technologies. The process of self-observation gives awareness to the social actions of employees in the sphere of public relations and in the production and economic sphere, plays an important rolein choosing the area of application of labor, the formation of involvement in the results of the team's activities. The author emphasizes that self-regulation based on the results of self-observation has an impact on the entire production system, perceiving it through the prism of motivation, adaptation, meaningfulness of behavior, initiative, enterprise, innovation.
