Self-regulatory organization of arbitration managers: the concept, characteristics and basic functions

This article considers such an important element of the institution of insolvency (bankruptcy) as a self-regulatory organization of arbitration managers. The author analyzes its features and notes the conditions for acquiring the status of a self-regulatory organization of arbitration managers. In the scientific article the main directions of activity of the studied organization are investigated, the dominant functions are designated.
