Self-regulation of personality and psychological sovereignty as factors in the health-saving behavior

During the study, the sample of subjects (n = 120) was divided according to the type of attitude to health. It was found that for individuals exhibiting health-saving behavior is characterized by preserved self-regulation ability and personal sovereignty. In the group of people with behavior that leads to impairment of health, these parameters were unformed and deprived. These parameters can be taken into account in further research in this area and be considered as factors contributing to indicators of health-saving behavior.
