Independent training of cadets in educational institutions

The article discusses the urgent problem of improving the effectiveness of training future law enforcement officers through the development of self-study skills. The authors analyze modern techniques and tools that enhance the self-education of cadets, including the use of digital technologies, interactive platforms and personality-oriented approaches. Special attention is paid to the formation of cadets' motivation for independent work, the development of critical thinking and skills for solving professional tasks independently. Based on the conducted research, practical recommendations on optimizing educational processes in educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are presented, aimed at improving the level of professional training and the readiness of cadets to serve in a dynamically changing legal environment.
