Self confirmation of young teacher in professional activity

The article deals with the problem of self-affirmation of a young teacher at school. The issues of teachers' understanding of self-development and self-affirmation are being studied; from what components is the self-development of the young teacher. And also the level of self-development of teachers is analyzed; level of ability to assert themselves by teachers.
