The problem civilization self-preservation of Russia, in opinion of the author, for today is most urgent. The author has formulated the basic rules, which are reduced that the sense of the final selfstatement of Russia is incorporated in new scientific - world outlook system and ideology ХХI of century - in Noospherism. Noosphere burst open in the future of all mankind - unique way to rescue of mankind from ecological destruction.
