Each country's economy has its own “dark”, in other words, informal aspects that the state seeks to highlight by introducing new legal regulatory tools: new tax systems. Legislative activity is always accompanied by approval and disagreement, which is clearly reflected in sociological questionnaires of the population, confirming the ambiguous attitude of the population towards tax collection. However, the need for intervention and increased attention to the current situation of government agencies are supported by Rosstat data on the number of those involved in the informal segment of the economy. The new legislation has already entered into force and, according to the consensus of various experts, will be profitable for the treasury, therefore legalizing the self-employment of Russians is useful for the state and is inevitable.
