Sanitary-indicative anaerobe bacterias as an indicators of urban soils pollution

Within 2 years (2013-2014) quality of the soil on administrative regions of Samara was estimated. Allocation of sanitary-indicative anaerobe bacterias of Cl.perfringens from the soil (vegetative and sporous forms) on various nutrient mediums was studied in detail. High efficiency and selectivity of the iron-sulphitic medium is shown. On the basis of crops results on the iron-sulphitic medium the real situation about fecal pollution of the soil is received.
