The article considers sanitary conditions of Bashkir ASSR in 1945 1953. It analyses efficiency of the work of medical care departments for liquidation of the sanitary consequences after the World War II. In connection with it considered increase of the system of the sanitary anti epidemic institutions; their materially technical, medicament and personnel equipment; the level of dissemination of infectious diseases.
