Sanctions policy of the west against Russian culture: back to the past

The article is devoted to the description of sanctions in the field of culture, which were imposed by Western countries against our country as a response to the voluntary entry of the Republic of Crimea in structure of Russia and the conflict in Eastern Ukraine, which were a result of perfect here in 2014 with the direct participation of the United States coup d’etat. The author analyzes the counterproductive and antihumanist taken by the United States and the European Union in the field of culture, which in the context of globalization and a multipolar world, the emergence of new threats and challenges lead to further separation of people and constitute an obstacle to intercultural dialogue. The article concludes that today our geopolitical opponents means anachronistic and return human civilization in a bygone era of cold war
