The article deals with such a tool of development and implementation of the company's strategy as the balanced scorecard (BSC). Designing of the BSC is considered taking into account the interests of key stakeholders (the stakeholder concept) through the indicators of social responsibility of a business according to four blocks. It is concluded, that the proposed management tools provide a connection of strategic objectives, indicators of their achievement and tactical actions in the field of social responsibility, which allows to reach the stability and competitiveness of a business.
