Balanced scorecard as controlling tool of innovative development at the space-rocket industry enterprises

Analysis of existing scorecard of strategic controlling is presented in this article. An algorithm of formation of balanced scorecard of controlling system, providing for coordination of strategic and operative levels of management is offered.
