Balance of national economy in the regions economy and joint financing of innovation development

The macroeconomic approaches to the innovation development of public production subdivisions are analyzed in this article. To prevent disagreement and dissociation in the state administration tools and methods of control, the authors propose to use the original resource-temporal model. The model basic principles are in reaching a structural balance at separate stages of the scientific - industrial cycle and in the sphere of social production of goods and services, and means of production, in context of the resource and temporary interdependences and limitations.
