Balance between goods and money flows in social and market economy

The transition necessity to the reproductive model of the economic policy based on structural balance between goods and monetari flows is shown. The suggestions how to provide the balance between goods and monetary flows while Russian economy is making the transition to an innovative type of reproduction are shown.
