Population savings as source of financing the circulating capital of an enterprise

The article considers the meaning of the category «savings» and presents the author's structure of fund of accumulation of housekeeping. On the basis of research of the purposes of formation of funds of accumulation by population the author makes the conclusion about possibilities of use of housekeeping savings as a source of financing the circulating capital of enterprises.
