Scenario-analytical forecast of the economic effect and associated risks from the placement of funds using the tools of the software module

The article deals with the definition of «Free cash», as well as the application of the software module for effective management of free cash of the enterprise. The analytical algorithm of the software module is configured to find a solution for placing free funds in short-term securities, Bank deposits and alternative business projects. For each of the investment directions, the module calculates the risk appetite taking into account the threats inherent in each of the alternative investment options. Determine the definition of «Free cash» and explore the possibilities of the software module for use as an analytical tool when placing funds in alternative investment methods. The methodological basis of the research is domestic and foreign research in the field of money management of organizations. The study used research tools such as comparative analysis, causal analysis, questionnaires, graphical analysis, scenario analysis, and statistical analysis methods. The result of the research is the definition of «Free cash», as well as proof of the application of the software module for making decisions on the placement of free cash, taking into account the risks inherent in each of the investment directions.
