Schizophrenia is a chronic growing (progressive) mental disorder. In a person suffering from this disease, disease-specific changes and various mental disorders occur. In schizophrenia, thinking and emotional activity are disrupted, mental retardation occurs. The main place in the origin of this disease is occupied by hereditary factors. Schizophrenia is more common in young people (20-25 years) than in three. There are 3 main signs of schizophrenia:
-
1 Autism
-
2. Separation of the psyche
-
3. Emotional tension.
Autism is the departure from the real being, manifested in various forms. Bunda patients walk quietly, as if separated from the surrounding area, less often communicate with people, become in official cold treatment. The conversation with them will be limited to a narrow range. In some cases, patients walk in a mask: putting on a large black hat, a wide hat, long hair-a beard. In the severe course of the disease, patients leave their studies and work without reason, spend most of their time without leaving home. In some cases, they leave the city and hide in the forest, mountains. Such patients are obsessed with themselves and live by their own fantasies.
Separation of the psyche-this is the case, kachon the patient lives in two worlds in one vakt: the Inner, the main body for himself, and the outside in the real world. There are several types of separation of psyche. These include the duality of intuition (ambivalence) and the duality of its description (ambitendence). In such cases, the patient will have two opposite feelings of dependence on one person or one appearance at a time. At the same time, the patient feels that there are two types of opposite views. Sometimes patients can feel that the brain is divided into two, in which each part has its own opinion. Or the patient feels that he or she has divorced two persons.
Emotional tension is felt from the onset of the disease. The patient is not interested in anything, begins to treat cold to family members and relatives. As a result, the patient becomes completely indifferent to the environment.
The behavior, condition, behavior of patients with schizophrenia is artificial and unnatural, they become stuttering and twitching. In their speech, Proverbs, complex and extremely intelligent words, sayings are multiplied. Patients experience hallucinations and temptations. The following forms of schizophrenia differ:
Its simple form occurs mainly in adolescence. Bunda observed in patients isolated, cold or poorly treated parents, formal attitude to those around them. They remain indifferent to their appearance, they can also perform various impulsive actions. In this form of schizophrenia there will be no ideas of temptation and hallucinations. After 3-5 years after the onset of the disease, severe mental impairment develops.
In the first place in the gebefrenik form stands stupidity and aggression. Patients keep themselves like a Mockingbird, touching the surrounding people, making small disappointments in them come out, laughing over the older ones. Such patients often show nonsense and can commit bloody crimes by committing insanity. This form of schizophrenia is less than threeraydi, most often observed in adolescence. He experiences danger and develops a severe deficiency of the psyche.
In its catatonic form, mental disorders are accompanied by a change in muscle tone. This form can come across at different ages. Bundaraydi three of the symptoms of catatonic stupor or catatonic excitation in patients. Impulsive excitation, in which movements are not accompanied or have a catatonic origin, is observed.
The paranoid form often develops after the age of 20-25 years and is characterized by the appearance of temptations, hallucinations. From this period, personality changes occur – its humanism. A variety of meaningful disorganized ideas of temptation, auditory illusions and false hallucinations are observed.
Manic and depressive states in the form of a circular are observed to come or change consecutively. In this, the ideas of temptation and hallucinations appear, and after each attack the mental defect deepens. This form of schizophrenia is relatively positive, and patients retain working capacity for several years.
On the course of schizophrenia is divided into 3 types:
-
1. Continuous monitoring
-
2. Periodic
-
3. The severest
In the continuous follow-up type of schizophrenia, general relaxation, weakness, es-fainting, loss of ability to work, indifference to external events, chills are observed in many patients. The course of schizophrenia with continuous episodes often ends with a bad outcome.
In the severed type, catatonic disorders from gebefrenic prevail. Clinical manifestations of this type are aggravated. In this round, too, there is a loss of feeling, a decrease in appetite for Labor.
Schizophrenia is a disorder in which patients with Balan are exposed to hallucinatory and delusional experiences, mainly in the form of a command, can cause bodily injury and pose a risk to others around them. In some forms of temptation, patients may be at risk for the life of their doctors because they seem to be deliberately holding the patient in a psychiatric hospital or killing him by aggravating his illness.
Acute and chronic mental disorders, patients with schizophrenia are evaluated by assessing their thinking, understanding and controlling the outcome of their actions.
Civil acts committed in the case of a mental disorder are considered illegal and do not have legal force. The issue in the birth of thinking abilities is solved in different ways, often even in cases of pronounced mental impairment, they are suitable for work, live family life and continue to work.
