This article is considered to ensure fire safety in freight rolling stock, it is important to constantly monitor the quality of the preparation of wagons for the carriage of goods, especially fire and explosive goods, as well as the fulfillment of the requirements by shippers. When inspecting and preparing wagons for loading, special attention should be paid to the serviceability of the body and roof, to the tightness of doors and hatches, to the serviceability of constipations. Carriages loaded with highly hazardous and flammable cargo require careful inspection and acceptance on trains.

Artificial intelligence (AI) has fundamentally transformed digital marketing by enabling highly personalized consumer experiences across social media platforms. Through machine learning algorithms, predictive analytics, and behavioral tracking systems, brands can deliver individualized content and targeted advertising in real time. While AI-driven personalization enhances relevance, engagement, and marketing efficiency, it simultaneously raises ethical concerns regarding privacy, transparency, and user autonomy. This study investigates consumer perceptions of AI-based personalization on social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok, with a focus on perceived benefits, risks, and implications for brand trust. The research employed a quantitative cross-sectional survey design involving 120 active social media users aged primarily between 18 and 25. Data were collected using structured Likert-scale questionnaires distributed online. The findings demonstrate that users generally appreciate personalization for improving convenience, content relevance, and overall user experience. However, respondents also expressed significant concerns regarding excessive data collection, algorithmic opacity, and intrusive advertising practices. The results reinforce the personalization–privacy paradox, illustrating the tension between consumers’ desire for personalized experiences and their concerns about surveillance and digital privacy. The study contributes to the growing literature on AI-driven marketing by integrating empirical findings with Privacy Calculus Theory and contemporary discussions surrounding ethical AI implementation. The research further emphasizes the importance of transparency, responsible data governance, and consumer trust in the successful deployment of AI-powered personalization strategies. Practical recommendations are proposed for brand managers seeking to balance technological innovation with ethical responsibility and long-term consumer loyalty.

Coronary heart disease remains one of the most urgent problems of modern medicine. The study of prognostic factors is at the epicenter of many foreign studies in view of the high medical and social significance of this disease. Despite the great efforts of health care to combat this pathology, it continues to expand among the population throughout the world. The study of the dynamics of recurrent coronary events is important for the search for possible prolongation of the life of patients taking into account the peculiarities of IHD of a regional, ecological, ethnic, social and professional nature.

This article examines the cross-cultural interpretation of cultural symbols in Chinese film and television dramas in the Central Asian context. It argues that Chinese dramas function not only as entertainment products, but also as carriers of historical memory, ethical values, social norms, and civilizational imagination. Drawing on cross-cultural communication theory, audience reception theory, and symbolic analysis of media texts, the study identifies the major categories of cultural symbols in Chinese dramas and analyzes their narrative and communicative functions. Particular attention is paid to how Central Asian audiences decode these symbols under the influence of local traditions, religious background, subtitle mediation, digital platforms, and generational differences. The article concludes that the reception of Chinese dramas in Central Asia is an active process of symbolic negotiation shaped by both cultural proximity and cultural distance, with important implications for cultural exchange and the practical limits of soft power.

The article examines the evolution of legal approaches to cybersecurity in the context of global digitalization, focusing on the transition from preventive regulation to the protection of digital rights. The author analyzes the contradictions between the need to ensure collective security and the protection of individual freedoms, emphasizing the inadequacy of traditional mechanisms focused on post-factum response. Particular attention is paid to the theoretical foundations of cybersecurity, including the protection of data, critical infrastructure and the fight against cybercrime, as well as the integration of digital rights into the legal framework. The study highlights the challenges of harmonizing preventive measures with human rights, such as the risk of increasing state control and fragmentation of the Internet. A dualistic approach is proposed: at the national level the implementation of the principles of proportionality and necessity, at the international level the development of consensus norms through soft law. In the context of Russia, a balance is emphasized between digital sovereignty and global interaction. The article argues that sustainable cybersecurity requires a synthesis of technical, ethical and legal aspects, transforming the law into an instrument of social justice.
