Transactions with construction in progress

The article analyzes the main problems of transactions with objects of construction in progress, taking into account the historical development of the concept of «object of construction in progress» as an independent object of law. Considered potential risks associated with the status of such an object, ways to minimize them. The prospects for the reform of property law in relation to such objects are shown, taking into account the positions of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
