The article is devoted to the study of the category of interest in the writings of thinkers of past centuries. The influence of categories on modern corporate legislation in the sphere of extraordinary transactions is considered. In recent years, legislation on interested-party transactions has undergone major changes. In this regard, within the framework of this article, certain problems related to the analysis of interested-party transactions will be considered.
