Cost of goods: conditions and factors of decline

This article focuses on the conditions and factors reducing the cost of production. The authors outline the factors contributing to the actual reduction of production costs. In the conclusion the author comes to a conclusion that decrease in prime cost provides not only profit markup of the enterprise, but also gives to the state additional resources both for further development of a social production, and for increase of material well-being of workers.
