The article reviewed and analyzed marketing research, concept and segmentation. The authors study the domestic experience of studying the process of segmentation. Presents the result of segmentation of pharmacies in the city of Orenburg. The questionnaire involved 100 respondents in the age from 20-60 years. There was a detailed analysis of this study on the basis of which the authors offered recommendations for pharmaceutical companies to improve customer satisfaction.
