The article is concerned with the customer loyalty, particularly, it reviews the types of the customer segmentation based upon the brand and product loyalty. The author considers the segmentation types, which can be implemented by the companies focused on the customer loyalty management. The research is determined by the scarcity of the loyalty management marketing tools allowing the company to advance the efficiency of the loyalty programs.
