In this article the results of seismic activity and geodynamics research data of Samara region has been presented. The most probable epicenters of future large earthquakes are defined. It is established that in the period of investigation researches in «Samara» seismic station magnitude local tremors was 1-3 grade and the number of earthquakes increased by 20% from year to year. The conclusion that is drawn the local magmatic cell is the reason of geodynamics of the region.
