Secretory immunity of saliva at irritable bowel syndrome of children: pathogenetic aspects of the mucosal compartment of the immune system

The article studies the behaviour of secretory immunity indicators of children with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) as it is supposed to be a link between IBS and development of allergy, presence of hypergic (hypoergic) immune responses and on the opposite side with the inadequate activation of mucosal immune system as a result of damage of cytokinergic regulation.
