В статье исследуется проблема сексуального насилия в условиях вооруженных конфликтов, структурные причины этого явления с точки зрения гендерной теории и основные аргументы критики феминистской школы в отношении проблемы виктимизации женщин, подвергшихся сексуальному насилию, в международном дискурсе.
