The results of research on the varieties of winter triticale in different directions, adapted to the conditions of the Middle Volga. Baking studied the advantages and effectiveness of mixing flour from grains of winter triticale and wheat flour. Shows the effectiveness of using flour winter triticale grain in bread making.
