Semantic structure of the names of playing cards in the Selkup language

The following article studies the semantic structure of playing card names in the dialects of the Selkup language, the only living language of the formerly large South Samoyedic group of the Uralic language family. Several names of playing cards are introduced for the first time. The comparative analysis is performed with the usage of data from var ious other Uralic languages.
