The article reveals the semantic fullness of the archetype "a river" in the work of Konstantin Pankov. The artist creates a horizontal model of the world, in which the archetype "river/water" is the main "marker" and mythological symbol. The model of the world of K. Pankov is determined by the idea of the unity of the cosmos, nature and man.
