Semantics of zoohydronyms used in Karakalpak language

The article deals with the zoohydronyms of northern dialect in Karakalpak language. It is analyzed that zoohydronyms are divided into 4 groups. Zoohydronyms are explained and fixed up with concrete examples. In the article a lot of attention is paid to how those or other zoohydronyms are named in local vernacular and oral spoken language.
