This article discusses family legal responsibility, its concept, signs, grounds and measures. The purpose of the article is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of theoretical and practical problems of family legal responsibility. The article defines the social relations arising in the process of implementing the institution of family and legal responsibility. The result can be considered a discussion of the issue of family legal responsibility, as an independent form of legal responsibility; its characteristic features and functions are determined. All measures of liability and limitation of marital rights are disclosed.
