Family and juvenile law as a factor of risk for family and marital relations

The paper analyses the features of implementation of the regulations of the family and juvenile law in the modern society. The influence of the family law on the family and marital relations is discussed. It is proved that in the modern Russian society the specific character of implementation of the family and juvenile law is a risk factor for the family relations.
